Duluth workforce development reports serving 4,000–5,000 people a year; city contribution $50,000
The Duluth Workforce Development board and department presented a biannual update outlining CareerForce services, training outcomes, partnerships, and funding. Director Elena Faucher said the city contributes $50,000 annually; staff reported nearly 2,000 city-staff served in one column and 4,000–5,000 people served across partners.
