Planning staff described DPR 26‑07 as a development plan review for a "little over 600,000 square foot" industrial building labeled Building 6 in the Avon Logistics PUD and recommended approval with standard DPR conditions. "This is a request for development plan review to provide for construction of a little over 600,000 square foot industrial building with parking, loading, and related improvements," the planning presenter said, describing site context, required landscape easement, and revised pedestrian connections.
