The town heard a detailed sewer-inspection briefing from CIT Sewer Solutions, which identified 73 major issues and estimated about $240,000 would be needed to bring the system up to date. Staff said the report separates problems on public right-of-way and private laterals and that videos and logs will be linked to property addresses to help prioritize repairs.
