Catherine Ross, executive director of the Winter Park Fraser Valley Chamber of Commerce, presented a conceptual wayfinding design and Phase 1 proposal to the Fraser Board of Trustees. After the presentation trustees voted to move forward with the project, agreeing to split Phase 1 costs three ways among the Towns of Fraser and Winter Park and Winter Park Resort.
