Stuart EMS Director Dustin Capps recommended extending conditional full‑time employment offers to two candidates for the paramedic positions. Council approved offers to Taylor Engelmann and Olivia Peckham at a starting wage of $16.38 per hour plus benefits, contingent on completion of all pre‑employment requirements and with a planned start date of July 14, 2026 (motion by Kalbach, seconded by Capps). Roll call was recorded as all ayes.
