Charlie Krebs told the Board the drainage improvement plans received approval from the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and that the Village of Estero issued the necessary construction permits. He said bid documents are finalized and ready for contractors to pick up; staff discussed advertising timing, the bid‑opening meeting and a mandatory pre‑construction meeting date.
