Eric Long told the Board staff can start preparing and submitting permit applications for the Pelican Sound gatehouse renovation project after receiving the Village of Estero application. Charlie Krebs said staff will work with RG Architects to produce clean building elevations for the application and discussed combining the monument and gatehouse projects and expected permitting timeframes.
