The Board of Health voted Aug. 26 to adopt a refocused plan for county public-health priorities — renaming the Community Health Assessment/Improvement Plan to "Dubuque County public health priorities fiscal year 27 to fiscal year 30." Staff said the change is meant to emphasize population-health priorities and to guide action planning through 2030.
