The commission reviewed a final plat that creates five lots in the 5 Points Addition, Center Township, and recommended approval to the Board of Supervisors. Staff reported the lots conform to the R1 rural residential minimum area and that four lots have existing access from 5 Points Road with Lot 5 to be accessed via an easement over Lot 2.
