Council hears Wilson Ridge proposal that would dedicate 2.75 acres for county debris-basin work and trail
City staff presented a proposed development agreement for the 21-acre Wilson Ridge parcel that would satisfy the Hillside Overlay Zone open-space requirement by dedicating 2.75 acres to Utah County and coordinating a trail on a rebuilt embankment; staff said the plan would go to Planning Commission for a public hearing and recommendation.

City staff opened a work-session presentation on Sept. 1 describing a proposed development agreement for the Wilson Ridge subdivision, a 21-acre parcel inside the city's Hillside Overlay Zone. The agreement is intended to define how the project meets the city's improved open-space requirement and how the developers and Utah County would coordinate reconstruction of an existing debris-channel embankment and trail access.
