The Moab City Planning Commission voted 5‑0 on Feb. 26 to approve Planning Resolution 7‑2026, allowing an off‑site parking special exception for Red Rock Flats 2 at 1410 South Highway 191. Commissioner Shaylee Bryant moved the resolution and the commission approved it with a condition that the Moab city attorney approve the off‑site parking agreement and that the agreement be recorded with the county recorder.
