Commissioners approved Change Order No. 1 for the 2025 Asphalt Overlay Program, Project No. 2025-501-1. Western District Commissioner Harry Otto made the motion, which passed with unanimous support from Commissioners Jeff Hoelscher and Sam Bushman.
