Commissioners on Sept. 16 voted to approve and sign the 2026 Local Violent Crime Prevention (LVCP) Grant Application. Western District Commissioner Harry Otto made the motion and Eastern District Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher seconded; the motion passed with votes recorded as Bushman (Yes), Hoelscher (Yes), Otto (Yes).
