At the Sept. 16 meeting, Eastern District Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher moved to approve and sign a Professional Services Agreement with AP Triton to pursue a 2024/2025 Ground Emergency Medical Transport (GEMT) return. Presiding Commissioner Sam Bushman and Western District Commissioner Harry Otto voted in favor; the motion passed unanimously.
