The Town of Cortland Board of Trustees on Nov. 10 unanimously approved an intergovernmental agreement with the DeKalb County Information Management Office and the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office to continue using the OneSolution Mobile Computing Application (MCT) and the county's network and infrastructure for records management services.
