Area Plan Commission advances Research Village Phase 3 FDPs
The commission moved to approve Resolution 25-12 for Research Village Phase 3, a residential plan that staff said would include 27 front-loaded single-family lots, 14 rear-loaded single-family lots and 34 townhomes; petitioner’s lawyer asked for approval to begin construction plans without final plat.

The Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission on Oct. 1 voted to advance Resolution 25-12 for Research Village Phase 3, allowing final development plans and construction documents to proceed prior to the final plat.
