Board hears updates on multiple tiling projects and retention pond work
Members reported ongoing tile installations at several locations (Christy Droste, Dublin, Chapman, Silver's, Kinnaman) and said retention-pond equipment is on site though some dam work is delayed by weather and funding.

Committee member (Speaker 2) provided project updates: new tile work at Christy Droste by Dublin's is underway, Chapman and Silver's are in progress, and Kinnaman is expected to start soon. The board said the Chapman project runs behind houses on Blackford Avenue and opens into an open ditch behind a local church.
