The Crested Butte Town Council approved a proclamation honoring Community Development Director Troy Russ at its Feb. 3 meeting. Council Member Mallika Magner moved to approve the proclamation and Council Member John O'Neal seconded; Mayor Ian Billick read the proclamation to the council.
