The Henry County Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 2026-01-28 on Jan. 28, 2026, establishing the Henry County Technology Park Planned Unit Development (PUD) after a split vote. Commissioners Joe Wiley and Steve Dellinger voted in favor; Commissioner Susan Huhn voted no. The motion to adopt was seconded and carried 2–1.
