The applicant’s representative described converting a third-floor attic to living space and requested replacement of two gable hopper windows, saying the proposed windows would be black on the outside and white inside and match the existing hopper style. The representative noted the existing windows were "kinda wobbly" and allowed insects and even bats to enter.
