Clear Creek Reserve approvals proceed despite commissioner concern over shared access easement

Planning staff presented Clear Creek Reserve, a proposed split of roughly 64 acres into three lots and a framework for an access easement that would serve the interior parcels. Staff said agencies reviewed the application and recommended approval with conditions, including a recorded agreement for maintenance and use of the access easement.
