Mrs. Adams presented MRI Construction Proposal #606 to widen the opening on the E3 Basin control structure; District Engineer Charlie Krebs explained the work would use a concrete saw to increase the weir width to the maximum allowed to improve outflow. Board members discussed the control structure location near the FPL easement and whether a manual open/close gate could be added.
