Carrie Folken presented information on the Business Employment Skills Team (B.E.S.T.) program during the Sept. 9 meeting. Folken told the board that five youths and one dislocated worker received services and enrolled in Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act programming during the program year July 1, 2023–June 30, 2024; those participants served in three Putnam County businesses.
