Board approves first reading to vacate two platted streets in West Point
On first reading the board approved Ordinance 2026-19-CM to vacate two undeveloped platted streets and an alley in West Point (Pearl and Mulberry and associated portions). The vacation was requested to allow a property owner to rebuild a garage that encroached on the right-of-way; no objections were reported.
