Staff asked the commission to authorize execution of a one-year contract with BrightView Landscape Services to continue maintenance and warranty work at the Tucker Ranch site as the project transitions from construction to city maintenance. Staff said the vendor has intimate knowledge of the installed systems and that returning to an in-house crew will be phased as positions are filled.
