Superintendent (S4) outlined a proposed facilities and athletic-complex expansion, cautioning that the most important early work is in-ground infrastructure — conduit, piping and water — to avoid future re-digging. He cited preliminary contractor quotes totaling "3,600,000" for the broader build and said in-kind contributions could substantially reduce cash costs. "If you add up all of that, you know, you're looking at their quotes right now of 3,600,000," he told the board.
