The commission heard S5199 (Jackson Minor Subdivision), a minor sketch plan proposing two lots on the east side of County Road 400 West, north of the State Road 26 intersection. Planning staff noted a seasonal high water table at the site and recommended conditional primary approval with seven standard conditions; condition five was added at the surveyor's request.
