The Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals on July 29 approved a variance from accessory dwelling unit (ADU) requirements for William and Tarin Paradide’s property at 2925 Lawson Ridge Road in Hamblen Township. Planning Director Kayla Robertson read the staff report. Sterling Minor, Re/Max broker and owner, emphasized there would be no neighbors behind the parcel because the land is nature conservancy.
