Docket 26-VAR-10, concerning a setback variance for the property at 4517 Webber Hill Road in Trafalgar (Hamblen Township), was approved by the Brown County Board of Zoning Appeals on July 29. Planning Director Kayla Robertson read the staff report; board members questioned whether the existing house had been in violation prior to the petition. Robertson confirmed that the house had been in violation for years.
