The Long Prairie City Council approved the final plat for Mechel’s (Prairie Estates, Block 1, Lots 1 and 2) during its Aug. 12, 2026 meeting. Council Member Lilah Gripne moved for approval, Council Member Clint Krueger seconded, and the plat was approved unanimously.
