Lawmaker announces sanctions on Iran-linked groups, says Iran will be reported to U.N. Security Council

A lawmaker told the chamber that Iran "continues to threaten Israel and Jews across the world" and said the government has already designated Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The speaker announced additional measures "on Iran's proxy groups" and stated: "So today, I can also announce we are sanctioning Lebanese Hezbollah's financing arm, Al Hassan."
