Commissioners approve Greenfield special use permit for 1.3-acre split

Chairman Jim Harberd read the Planning & Zoning Commission's findings recommending approval of Special Use Permit No. 263 for Gwen Greenfield. The application proposed attaching approximately 1.3 acres (created by a canal ditch isolation) to an existing residential parcel; the Commission found the parcel had legal and physical access, would rely on individual well and septic, and posed no evidence of adverse impacts to neighbors or public welfare.
