Council voted unanimously to reappoint John Luther to the Human Rights Commission for a three-year term ending Feb. 1, 2029. The reappointment followed Luther’s prior appointment to a partial term that was set to expire Feb. 1, 2026; Council Member Sam Angus moved the reappointment and Council Member Jacquelyn Bullerman seconded the motion.
