The Town of Elbridge Planning Board on March 11 approved a site plan for Mattessich Iron at 1484 Route 31, following a SEQRA review. The board concluded the environmental review as an unlisted action and voted to issue a negative declaration before approving the site plan; both motions were moved by Tim Sullivan and seconded by Wendie Smith, with all members present voting in favor.
