Airport projects: obstacle clearing on hold; lighting installed but PAPI not aimed

A Warren County Memorial Airport staff member told the packet audience that the Airport Lake Road West obstacle-clearing project's bid publication is paused "until the final property owner’s approval is obtained." The update lists airfield-lighting progress: REILs have been installed and PAPI units are installed but have not yet been aimed, and staff noted the airport must decide whether to seek approval for one PAPI set on runway 23 before trees are down on runway 5.
