The Highland Board of Education accepted donations to Highland High School programs at its Jan. 12 meeting totaling $8,072.30. The items recorded in the minutes include: $6,375 in parent donations for HHS baseball; $1,000 from The Blackbaud Giving Fund; $247.30 from D & M Wrecking/Frank Oriti to the football club; $250 from Highland Athletic Boosters for girls track playoff concession volunteering; $100 from Highland Athletic Boosters for boys basketball playoff concessions; and a $100 memorial gift to HHS band from David Tschantz.
