Charlie Krebs, District Engineer with Bowman, Inc., updated the Board on the ongoing gatehouse renovation project and the next steps in procurement. "The draft Bid Document language was sent to Mr. Pires and Mr. Adams today," Mr. Krebs said; upon counsel approval the District Manager will prepare a public advertisement seeking sealed bids and set a submission deadline.
