The commission considered multiple land-use items including a request to rezone a parcel on Butler Mill Road and a separate application affecting Maple Hill Road. Staff described the Butler Mill Road item as a change from A1 agricultural/forestry to C2 general commercial (tax map 2, parcel 89) and said the planning commission recommended approval with stipulations. The commission approved item a with a stipulation that the approval apply only to the current owner and the presented plan; if ownership or the plan changes the property will revert to its previous zoning.
