The council approved Resolution 25-43 to adopt an annual cost‑of‑living adjustment (COLA) and several targeted pay adjustments. S4 (staff member) told the council the adopted COLA came in at about 2.85%, slightly below the 3% budgeted, and highlighted two targeted adjustments: a 6.42% increase for Garrett and an upward adjustment for an office worker referred to as Bridal, reflecting internal pay‑equity concerns and skill set requirements.
