The Fraser Board of Trustees voted to approve Resolution 2026-01-05 on Jan. 21, authorizing an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with the Town of Winter Park for Building Division services. Town Planner Garrett Scott and James Shockey of the Building Department presented the proposed arrangement; Trustee Katie Soles moved to approve and Trustee Peggy Smith seconded. The motion carried 6-0.
