Commission uncondemns three properties after code-enforcement review
The commission unanimously approved Resolution 2026-34 to uncondemn Tinsley Trailer Park, 801 Arapahoe Trail and 1803 College Avenue after code enforcement said violations were corrected and properties remodeled.

Code Enforcement Manager Josh Sides told the commission that three previously condemned properties—Tinsley Trailer Park, 801 Arapahoe Trail and 1803 College Avenue—have been remediated and are no longer a menace to public comfort, health or safety. Sides described repairs and remodeling and stood ready to answer questions about ownership and notifications.
