The Greer County Excise Board unanimously approved monthly appropriations totaling $403,337.54 at its Aug. 3, 2026 meeting. "Bryant Reeves made the motion to approve the appropriations," the minutes record; Steve Martin seconded and the vote was recorded as Reeves–Aye, Martin–Aye.
