Council approves Axon TASER sole-source, DOT gate lease, Otis elevator modernization and GCI internet extension

Council unanimously adopted several resolutions authorizing contracts and procurement: a sole-source agreement with Axon for TASER devices (reducing inventory from 25 to 9), a long-term lease with Alaska DOT for a vehicle-access gate, an Otis Elevator contract to modernize two elevators, and a two-year extension with GCI to increase bandwidth from 80 to 250 Mbps.
