Council defers IBUP-related resolution to June 23 citing pending ratification
Council moved to remove Resolution 26-35 (IBUP agreement authorization) from the agenda and carry it to the June 23 meeting because staff reported the bargaining unit has not yet ratified the agreement.

Councilman Coleman moved to amend the agenda to remove Item 15 (Resolution 26-35) and reschedule it for the June 23, 2026 meeting; Councilman Luby seconded the amendment. Interim City Manager Hoag explained the reason: “the motion is to remove the regular agenda item to adopt a resolution authorizing the city manager to sign an agreement with IBUP as they have not informed us that the agreement has been ratified by the bargaining unit yet.”
