The Unalaska City Council on June 9 appointed Thomas Bell as mayor pro tem. Councilman Coleman moved to appoint Bell, and Councilman Luby seconded; the presiding chair later announced, “On a vote of 3 to 0, in the affirmative, the motion carries.”
