Engineer reports completed CDBG work, council approves $3,544.12 payment request and files statewide grant application
Felton Borough received a payment request for $3,544.12 tied to a CDBG crosswalk change order and has submitted a $330,875 statewide Local Share Assessment grant request for Main Street stormwater replacement (Resolution 2024-08). The borough has received $90,999.58 in PennDOT multimodal reimbursements to date.

Engineer Byron Trout told council the CDBG grant project is complete and that York Excavating submitted a payment request for $3,544.12 covering a change order for crosswalk line painting; council approved the payment request. Byron said he has requested additional county funds to cover the overage.
