The council approved the final plat for Riverstone Villas PUD, clearing the way for 104 detached single-family patio homes and three commercial lots; staff said the site meets the comprehensive plan and PUD conditions.

The Moore City Council voted to approve the final plat for Riverstone Villas, a planned-unit development north of Northwest 12th Street and west of North Santa Fe Avenue. Staff said the site was rezoned on May 4, 2026 (RZ-1054) and the preliminary plat had been approved previously; the current final plat proposes 104 detached single‑family patio homes on lots of roughly 40–45 feet and three commercial lots, resulting in about 4.6 residential dwelling units per acre. "Staff recommends approval," associate planner Sarah Melcher told the council before members moved, seconded and carried the item.
