The Enumclaw City Council voted to adopt Ordinance 2,842 on Aug. 10, 2026, making co‑living housing allowances permanent in the city's municipal code. City Community Director Chris Bessner told the council the text is unchanged from the interim rules adopted earlier and recommended permanent adoption.
