Planning & Building Director Nathan Bilger presented two plats that had received Plan Commission approval: Cardinal Estates (a two‑lot plat on 400 S) and CS Homestead (a one‑lot plat and one‑lot split on 300 S). Commissioners voted 3‑0 to approve both plats.
