Hanover County Schools presented a multi-year plan to "rightsize" the International Baccalaureate program by concentrating diploma cohorts and expanding access to IB coursework through a certificate-pathway option and a proposed Advanced Studies Seminar. Staff said Atlee High School has been identified as the proposed IB center because of transportation ties and an established diploma program.
